Infants & First Steps

WE HAVE 1 DEDICATED INFANT ROOM SERVING AGES 8 WEEKS TO 12 MONTHS AND 1 YOUNG TODDLER ROOM SERVING AGES 12 TO 18 MONTHS.

Our infant and young toddler environments are designed around one core belief: that the earliest relationships a child has outside of home shape everything that comes after. From the moment your baby joins our community, they are welcomed into a consistent, predictable space where their cues are read, their needs are met, and their development is celebrated.

Our rooms are prepared with natural light, soft materials, and thoughtfully arranged spaces that invite exploration at each child's own pace. We follow a primary caregiving model, meaning your baby is assigned a consistent teacher who gets to know their rhythms, preferences, and personality. That consistency is not just comforting. It is the foundation of secure attachment, and secure attachment is the foundation of everything else.

Daily routines flow with your child's natural rhythms rather than a rigid schedule. We communicate with families throughout the day so you always know how your little one is doing, what they explored, and how they're growing.

Toddlers

We will have 2 dedicated older toddler room serving children ages 18 months to 3 years.

Toddlers are in the middle of one of the most significant developmental leaps of their lives. They are figuring out who they are, what they can do, and how the world responds to them. Our toddler rooms are designed to support all of that with intention.

Each room is arranged to invite exploration and encourage independence. Children have access to open-ended materials, natural elements, and child-led learning centers where they make real choices about how they spend their time. Our teachers observe closely, follow children's interests, and create experiences that meet each child where they are developmentally.

Conscious Discipline shapes how we approach the big feelings and big moments that are a natural part of toddlerhood. Rather than redirecting or correcting behavior from the outside, our teachers help children build the internal skills they need to navigate frustration, practice sharing, and develop a sense of belonging in their classroom community.

Preschool I & II

We will have 4 dedicated Preschool rooms for children ages 3-5.

Our preschool classrooms are where the Reggio Emilia philosophy really comes to life. Children ages 3 to 5 are natural investigators, and our environments are designed to honor that. Each classroom is arranged as a series of invitations, with materials, provocations, and open-ended experiences that spark curiosity and invite children to go deeper.

Teachers work alongside children as co-learners, observing what captures their attention and building on it. A passing interest in spiders might grow into a weeks-long study of insects, webs, and habitats. A question about where rain comes from might lead to experiments, drawings, and a classroom documentation display. Learning here is emergent, meaningful, and driven by the children themselves.

Conscious Discipline is woven into every part of the preschool day. Children practice naming feelings, solving problems with words, and contributing to a classroom community where everyone belongs. These are not add-on lessons. They are built into how we greet each other in the morning, how we navigate disagreements, and how we celebrate each other's growth.
